At Hurst Banquet Hall we have room for you and your entire guest list with a maximum capacity of 540 people (a substantial space designed to hold parties of 100 people or more). Rental includes tables and chairs to hold up to 500 people and provides flexibility for any dance rehearsals or decorations needed to be made the night before the event. No outside vendor fee is applied for food, drink or decorations. Your rental duration is as early as 8am the day of the event and expands to 2am the following day (any more time added to your rental will be a flat fee per hour after 2 am). 

*Please note we do not rent our space on an hourly basis as well as on a per person basis.

Rules:

• No single-serve glass bottle of any kind are allowed in Hurst Banquet Hall. If multiple single-serve glass bottles of beer or soda are found the refundable deposit will be forfeited.

• No smoking indoors. Deposit fee will be forfeited if any indoor smoking is seen or used cigarettes found.

• Cancellation: deposit can be refunded up to one month before the event date. After this date the deposit will be forfeited. 

• Any significant damages made to the property will be charged as follows 1)covered by the damage deposit or 2)be determined by Hurst Banquet Hall to be paid by the host

• Full rental payment including security, clean up fee, and any additional services must be paid a month in advance of the event date. A late fee of 10% of the total will be charged thereafter.

• Clean-up and security fees are mandatory for all of our hosts, no exceptions.
